What this site collects

This site has no accounts. If you use the contact form or email hello@intevent.be, your name, email address, organisation and message are used only to answer you and to follow up on what you asked about.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is used only to send you new whitepapers and learnings. You are added only after you confirm with a code we send to that address, and every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Form messages and the newsletter list are handled by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which processes this data on our behalf within the EU.

To keep spam bots out, the forms use Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks the browser for signs of automated traffic without tracking cookies and without using the data for advertising.

Analytics and cookies

With your permission, this site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages and articles are read and how visitors find the site. Google Analytics sets cookies (names starting with _ga) and processes data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. Google may process this data outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Nothing is loaded until you click Accept. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is stored in your own browser. You can change it any time with .

Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies, does not store IP addresses and does not follow you across sites; it only gives us totals such as the number of visits per page.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages securely. This data is not used to identify you.

Your rights
